OVMA Conference & Tradeshow
Scope: to design materials for the annual conference — the largest of its kind in Canada, that OVMA holds for veterinarians and those that work within the industry — to engage interest, inform delegates of the details and secure registration. Also, to showcase their dedication to provide an excellent experience for the conference attendees and generate an overall excitement for the 3-day event.
Deliverables: 1. A prospectus digital document: to provide information to the vendors for the tradeshow. 2. Preview document (12 pages): to engage potential participants with the sessions. 3. Registration Program (44 pages): with full session descriptions with a form to register. 4. Final Program (56 pages): for attendees to have in hand with all information pertaining to the conference. 5. A proceedings digital document: to compile the speakers notes, with a clickable table of contents to each set of notes, for ease of use.
Cover design process
Having worked on this project for multiple years, I was excited to create a unique cover design and overall theme. Above is a sampling of cover design options I played with and eventually paired down and presented to the client.

The final program contains an overview, “Program at a Glance”, with all sessions and events happening on each day of the Conference. The goal was to make this information easy to digest.
